She has worked in the Electrical Industry for over ten years with an additional 15 years in HR Management in other industries. Her experience leads to her expertise in Benefits, Workman’s Compensation, Operations and Training. Cindy has a philosophy that if employees are trained properly, feel heard and supported by the Company, then employee morale and trust are sure to follow.
