With state-of-the-art features and amenities, the 363,000 square-foot building includes an above-grade parking structure with 288 stalls and bike storage, two clubrooms with one being on the fourth floor offering a pool deck with a kitchen and grill area and the other being on the 12th floor with expansive views of downtown Denver and Empower Field at Mile High.
